Dr. Lisa Oskardmay is a licensed Chiropractic Physician and Diplomat Acupuncturist.  She graduated with honors in 1995 from the National University of Health Sciences with a degree in Chiropractic Medicine.  She interned at the Salvation Army Medical Center in Chicago.  In 2000, she was awarded Diplomate Certification in acupuncture by the National Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
She pursues continuing education at Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine in Sugar Grove, NC.

Inspired through her own health challenges, Dr. Oskardmay pursued a path to help others in a compassionate manner.  A former high-school teacher while in the US Peace Corps, she strives to educate you in ways to stay healthy.  As an under-graduate, she performed research at the National Institute of Health and maintains a strong interest in research.  Dr. Oskardmay participates in continued health research and is dedicated to bringing you the most effective combinations of alternative medicine.

She has been invited to talk on a variety of health related issues to numerous community groups: Duke University Nurse Practitioner Program, University of North Carolina Heels for Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield State Employees, Durham YMCA, CV Lutheran Church, United Presbyterian Church, Durham Mother's Club, Morehead Montessori, Women's Business Club, and the US Returned Peace Corps Volunteers Association, Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Days.

The clinic has served Chapel Hill and surrounding communities since 1995.
